In high-performance high-frequency applications, the winding of an inductor can experience arcing or insulation problems. We counter this with top-notch material selection: Each of our toroidal inductors is standardly wound with high-quality insulating materials such as 3M glass tape or Mylar film. Additional insulating layers and clearly defined voltage limits ensure that reliable operation without breakdown is guaranteed, even at high voltages.
Optimized noise suppression and maximum reliability
Our toroidal chokes are designed to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference. Through optimized core geometries and careful material selection, we achieve high asymmetrically effective inductance. This is ideal for suppressing common-mode disturbances in EMC filters. All chokes undergo strict testing, and upon request, we provide measurement protocols so that you can understand the noise suppression effect. In addition, thermal stress is considered during development. Through detailed design calculations and, if necessary, the use of cooling measures, our chokes remain reliable in use even under high currents and continuous loads.
