Development and Production Manager (m/f/d)
Strengthen our Technical Team – with expertise and a vision for the future
We are looking for a Development and Production Manager (m/f/d) who will take on technical responsibility, support projects, and help shape innovations – in a growing family-owned electronics manufacturing company.
Your responsibilities:
- Deputy Head of Technical Department – Development, Production, Quality
- Technical support for customer-specific electronic solutions
- Project work from the idea to the implementation (prototype to small batch production)
- Support in Research & Development and Product Optimization
- Interface between customers, manufacturing, and internal departments
Your profile:
- Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, power electronics or similar
- Previous experience in development or production is advantageous
- Solution-oriented, structured and independent work approach
- Technical affinity, IT competence, and strong communication skills
- Joy in innovation, teamwork, and technical advancement
