No saturation even at high currents

Interference suppression chokes often have to handle high direct currents and low frequencies – for example in DC/DC converters or vehicle electrical systems. Incorrect design can lead to magnetic saturation here.

We ensure that your choke remains linear and reliable across the entire working range. Through careful simulation and selection of suitable core materials with high saturation flux density, we avoid saturation problems. The open rod core with high magnetic shear guarantees high current carrying capacity without the core going into saturation. Even under high load currents or DC components, our interference suppression choke remains stable in inductance, ensuring flawless noise suppression of your circuit.

Minimal losses and low-capacity design

Even at high switching frequencies or continuous load, your inductor should operate coolly and efficiently. That's why we place great emphasis on low core and copper losses. By using an optimized winding arrangement with a single-layer enamel-coated copper wire winding whenever possible, we keep parasitic capacitances low. The low-capacitance design ensures that the inductor effectively blocks high-frequency interference without unwanted coupling effects.

At the same time, we reduce the ohmic resistance of the winding for maximum efficiency and less heating. Where necessary, we create thermal curves and integrate cooling measures to ensure that your interference suppression choke operates reliably and without heat build-up even under demanding conditions. A professional impregnation or encapsulation can also dampen vibrations, minimize noise, and increase insulation strength.
