Our custom cable assembly delivers precise solutions for industry, development, and series production. Whether it's a single wire, multi-core cable, or complete wiring harness – each product is created according to customer-specific requirements, tailored to electrical, mechanical, and standard compliance needs.
Single wire manufacturing at a high level
Using state-of-the-art machining centers, we manufacture single wires, for example for switchgear construction. The automated processes include stripping, crimping of wire end ferrules, and individual printing – efficient and reproducible.
Custom wiring harnesses
On specially made dummy laying boards, we realize complex cable harnesses that can be directly integrated into switch cabinet housings or systems. Custom solutions are also easily possible.
Versatile cable assembly
We process standard PVC cables, silicone cables, halogen-free cables, as well as special cables tailored to your requirements. In addition, we offer encapsulation and bonding technologies with materials such as Wepuran, Delo, DuoPox, silicone, or Loctite.
UL-certified cable assembly (ZPFW2 / ZPFW8)
Our processes meet the requirements of the UL 'Wiring Harness' program (E538844) for the US and Canadian market. We exclusively use approved materials and document all manufacturing steps.
